Yoga and motorbiking or relaxing and enjoying. We will flee our daily routine and concentrate on our wellbeing. And what better way to achieve this than doing yoga and motorcycling! Starting from our hotel we will experience selected highlights in the Northern and Southern part of the Black Forest. But we will also reserve time to do yoga under supervision of the qualified yoga teacher Petra Peschke. If you are interested feel free and relax in the spa area of the hotel afterwards.
The first day we will meet in our spa hotel in the Northern part of the Black Forest, which will be our base for the whole trip and where we will be spoiled. On this day the focus will be on getting to know each other and settling in.
The following days we will explore the Black Forest and will experience all the pleasure and enjoyment the winding roads will give us. Whereas the Northern part wins you over by its rough and wild charm the Southern part impresses with gentle, green hills and romantic villages. Again and again you will be enchanted by spectacular views, twisting roads along rippling streams and Black Forest lakes and seemingly endless coniferous forests.
On Thursday, Friday and Saturday we will have our yoga lessons. Our yoga teacher Petra Peschke practices yoga in the Swami Sivananda and Swami Satyananda tradition of the Bihar School of Yoga. Gentle yoga practices will strengthen your body and mind and will help you to relax and unwind. Feel free to continue your yoga practice in the spa area of the hotel.
And after all these picturesque impressions, spectacular twisting roads which get the adrenalin flowing, yoga and relaxation for body and soul, we will have to say our goodbyes on Sunday. With a smile on your lips you will return home feeling refuelled and are ready to tackle life’s little challenges more easily.
